Makisa Bronson (b. 1998; Luoyang, China) is a brand strategist, copywriter, and image-maker based in New York.
She is the founder and creative director of Studio Li and curates The East Asian Graphics Archive in her free time. Previously, she worked as a brand strategist & copywriter at Practice, building and launching category-defining consumer brands.
Makisa’s work and words have been featured in Hypebeast, Quartz, The Brand Identity, Creative Boom, ilovecreatives, Dead Simple Sites, and more. She received her BA in Middle Eastern Studies & Economics from Dartmouth College and was a Stanford University AMENDS Fellow.
In her free time, you can find her heading to dance class, traveling, and crystallizing memories on film.
